I’m Frederic, a facilitator, mentor, coach, story healer, writer, mystic, yogi, minimalist, philanthropist, spiritual midwife, mechanic of the inner self, & gardener of the soul – & above all, a human being and a friend.
I help people value their authentic selves, stand for their truth, and cultivate the intelligence, attitude and skills they need to live their lives on their own terms.
I did it for myself; I share what I learned.
I provide service as a Holistic, Health practitioner Self Leadership coach, and Inner Focusing mentor to support the development of individuals toward improved self-reliance, meaningful living, and healthy lifestyles – and I have been doing that since 1995.
I am a self-made and self-led individual with a fair amount of experience and a genuinely good heart 🙂
After a formation in Psychology of the Arts, I felt contemporary art was not fulfilling its purpose of uplifting the human spirit and chose the spiritual path as more conducive to deeper inner explorations of what it means – and feels – to be human.
I went through 10 years of intense spiritual training in Raja Yoga, studied Spiritual Psychology, and went through a decade of strict, full-time, spiritual practice of meditation, self-inquiry, community living, and service under the direct guidance of one of the few women spiritual leaders of the 20th century.
I learned what I know through practice, and first-hand experiences – I give limited value to ‘theories’.
I learn by paying attention – to myself; to the way life and energy move; to what’s going on at the level of mind, feelings, and emotions; and to the quality of my relationships with the world around me.
I learn by listening to people’s hearts and to their stories.
I learn by solving problems or helping people theirs
Besides the safe environment spiritual a community can offer, I also went through the pits of emotional abuse, confusion, loneliness, depression, dependency, anger, addictions, revolt, damaged self-esteem, toxic relationships, procrastination, you name it … and walked out of all of them.
And the experiences and insights I garnered from there are what I’m sharing in my work.
Like you, I live in a world of seemingly unending complexity.
But I seek simplicity and essence in everything – the unifying principles, the smallest common denominator, the smartest leverages that make the biggest difference. That’s why I love seeds: they’re tiny little things that, when you care for them, become living beings, flowers, trees, and forests.
Life is like that.
Personal growth and well-being work very much like gardening. Well-being, Peace, Wisdom, Love, Joy, Trust, Strength, and all the good things of life are the sweet and blessed fruits of an internal cultivation – a certain way of being that you first practice within yourself before it becomes a part of your character and start manifesting in your life.
One is that Causes and Consequences rule the world. Your choices, decisions, and actions make your destiny. This implies there’s no point complaining, but yes, we need to get our acts together and know how to organise our minds, clarify our values, cultivate powerfully positive emotions and focus our energy to do what’s right for us.
Two: to live the life you really want, you need to know who you are. Obvious. But to know who you are, you need to accept yourself as you are. Happiness and worthy living start with self-love. Self-love begins with unconditional self-acceptance.
Three: your mind can be your best friend or your worst enemy. It can elevate or kill you depending on what you feed it, and how you use it.
And in all three, the choice of abundance, happiness, and health is all yours because yes, change IS possible, and we want you strong, free, abundant, joyful, powerful & generous
As I lived my life, I discovered there’s a Grace that can erase your past mistakes, forgive your weaknesses, and smoothen the path ahead of you – a grace that knows there’s no failure but only clumsy attempts to express love and contribute your truth to the people you love – and we all know how difficult that can be sometimes …
I was blessed to live and work with people who knew how to trigger that experience. They left a deep impression on me.
We do not always remember what a master teaches us; but we always remember the presence of someone who made you feel worthy, enhanced, and capable – those people stay in your heart forever; everytime you invoke their presence, you recall the experience.
The same happens in our relationship with the supportive, nurturing and Presence we call ‘Life’, ‘God’, ‘The Universe’, ‘Source’, or whatever name you want to give It.
This is the journey of my life – and this is what I am offering to share with you if you are willing to take the most beautiful and fulfilling journey of life – the Journay of Self Discovery, Realisation and Love.
