The only thing you'll ever need to heal the Wounds of the Heart & embrace the magical being that you are.
Self Love
Most of the problems we encounter in life are emotional in nature. Although the mind tries its best to control them, it is emotions that move us – and emotions can uplift us or deeply disrupt our lives when we let them express our insecurities or try to reason, suppress, control or ‘fight’ them.
Dysfunctional behaviours Adult behaviours are rooted in childhood hurts that still live within us as underlying feelings of not being good enough, guilt, anger, rejection, or shame. They block the expression of our talents, intelligence & creativity. They rob us of the joy of being alive.
The good news is that healing the wounds of the heart is not difficult. Old emotional patterns naturally transform when the parts of us that are suffering them feel accepted, heard, and embraced.
You cannot change your past but you can change the way you relate to your past – how you feel about it.
" I wrote to my little girl that i am proud of how strong & independent she has been, all the good I see in her & it feels comfortable;Â my anxiety seems to go away since we talked & I see myself with much more understanding.

Through ‘Embracing and releasing Inner Child’, you will learn a simple set of skills to stop being judgmental toward yourself, & start loving, accepting & embracing the unique & magical being that you are.
The process is an invitation for honest, intuitive inner work where you follow your soul’s calls and responses. It gives you space, time and tools to navigate the three phases of healing, and allows you to take yourself safely into your own hands.
Healing is a personal journey. There is no rigid pattern to how it happens. It is yours & it is a beautiful one. 🙂
" This has been tremendous & life-changing! The release was extremely powerful. I felt very alive after doing it. I keep practicing the breathing and being here & now - it’s funny how initially it felt so difficult but then it’s like, ‘yeah, that’s the only way to be! 😀

Discover the Wonderful world of Inner Child Healing
Nothing found.
I am offering Inner Child Healing since 2016 after I discovered it first-hand for myself in the most unexpected way. A lot of very good work can be done online, but deeper healing tends to happen in relationships/groups.  Inner child becomes Shadow Work and Past Lives Karma Release when we move out of this lifetime’s frame of reference to venture into the wider field of collective subconscious archetypes and the soul’s many lives. Contact me for inquiries or to book a free call.
" The authenticity & vulnerability you express is touching deep & encouraging me to be fearless & honest."
