Welcome to Jeevatman Life Coaching! (“JLC”, ”we,” “us,” “our”). By accessing or using our digital Services and Products, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following (i) Terms and Conditions of Purchase, (ii) Terms of Use and (iii) Privacy Policy (links hereby incorporated into this Agreement) that govern your use of our Services and Products, and form a legal agreement between you and Jeevatman Life Coaching. You are responsible for paying for Jeevatman Life Coaching’s Services and Products in full before the start of the program. If you have selected a payment plan and you miss a payment, you will lose access to future Contents, Modules and Services and your access will be revoked seven (7) days after your payment declines.
You agree that Jeevatman Life Coaching contains proprietary content that is owned by us and/or our licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark and other applicable intellectual property laws. Duplicating, sharing or uploading Product files to sharing sites is considered stealing, and JLC will prosecute such misconduct to the fullest extent permitted by law. Jeevatman Life Coaching provides you with Services, Courses and Products solely for your personal, noncommercial use, and you agree that you will not use such proprietary content in any way whatsoever except for use in compliance with this Agreement or that has not been authorized in writing by us. More specifically, unless explicitly authorized in this Agreement, you may not modify, copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, rent, lease, loan, translate, sell, create derivative works, exploit, or distribute in any manner or medium (including by email or other electronic means) any material from JLC’s Services, Courses and Products. You may, however, download and/or print one copy of individual pages of the Site for your personal, noncommercial use, provided that you keep intact all copyright, trademark, and other proprietary notices but you may not create derivative works, resource guides, marketing or business materials, source material, intellectual property, websites, blogs, web content, or any other works that reference JLC, Frederic Labarthe, or JLC Services, Courses and Products Content, or infringe on any of the Company’s intellectual property in any way. Our Services, Courses and Products include access for one (1) person. Upon registration, you will receive one link to access/download the materials and/or for use during the live sessions/course.

We are committed to providing the best experience we can, changing people’s lives for the best and making our world a better place, and we strive to ensure your satisfaction, well-being and growth. Please read our Cancellation and Refund Policy carefully to understand your rights and responsibilities.
• You can benefit from our Services (one-to-one coaching/mentoring/therapy) for up to the first (1) week/call; and participate in our Courses, for up to the first two (2) Sessions/Modules. If you do all the assigned work and don’t get value or feel your learning style doesn’t match how we teach, we’ll happily refund the money you’ve paid us under this Agreement less any external fees subject to the following conditions:
• Completed Course Work. We’ll ask for your completed coursework (to make sure you gave it a go) and ask what didn’t work for you (so we can learn and improve);
• Company Discretion. After you submit your materials, all refunds are within the Company’s sole discretion as to whether to grant or deny the refund request.
To be eligible for a refund, you must submit your request latest one week after your purchase of a coaching/mentoring/therapy plan and/or by 12pm before the delivery of the third Module/Lesson of the course. The deadline exists because we want you to get started. If you don’t plan on starting right away, we are happy to have you, but make sure this is the right investment for you, as the refund does have a firm deadline. We also offer a free call for our coaching plans to make sure our programs are right for you. We put an extraordinary amount of time and effort into this program, and we expect you to display the same level of involvement and commitment.
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded. There is no refund policy for downloadable Products.
To initiate a refund, please contact us, and provide your order number, details of the item(s) you want a refund for, and the reason for the return or exchange. We will guide you through the process.
Once your request is inspected and approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company or bank, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.
Jeevatman Life Coaching Services, Courses and Products are for educational purposes only. JLC and its owners, faculty, licensee and staff shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, data, or other intangible losses as a consequence of using the contents, advice, methods or interpretation thereof, of any of our Services, Courses, Products, web content or email communication, and are not intended to be a substitute for professional medical or mental health advice, diagnosis or treatment. Always seek the advice of your physician, psychiatrist/psychologist, or other qualified health care providers with any questions you may have before undertaking a regimen, and never disregard professional medical or mental health care advice or delay in seeking it because of something you have learned in a Services, Courses, Products, email, suggested practice, community forum, or on our website.
By purchasing our Services, Courses and Products, you accept, agree, and understand that you are using our contents at your sole risk and are fully responsible for your progress and results from your participation and that we offer no representations, warranties, or guarantees verbally or in writing regarding your betterment, or results of any kind.
JLC Services, Courses and Products are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Although we do our very best to warrant your betterment, we do not warrant that Services, Courses and Products will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.
Participants are expected to behave with respect and the awareness they are not only passive recipients but are also contributing to our mission of changing lives and making our world a better place. Growth happens together.
• The JLC community is about learning how to become a better individual and not about trying to make others better.
• You are not permitted to offer your services, sell your programs or products, or invite JLC Participants to join other social networks, groups, or programs. This is a space for learning and is a pitch-free, solicitation-free and sales-free environment. Sharing affiliate links within the JLC Community is not permitted.
• Your failure to comply with these terms will result in immediate termination of your participation in Jeevatman Life Coaching Programs without refund.
We reserve the right to refuse, restrict or terminate your access to our digital Services, Courses and products if, in our sole discretion, we believe that your use may violate any of these Terms and Conditions, or applicable laws, or is harmful to other users or to us at any time.
• JLC reserves the right to cancel the registration without refund of any participant who defaults on their tuition payment agreement, and remove individuals from conference calls and course community forums on Facebook or any other platforms when deemed necessary to preserve the well-being of the group and its members, faculty and staff.
• JLC also maintains the right, but not the obligation, to monitor the content of its course forums, social media pages and websites, and to remove any material or postings determined by us to be inappropriate, destructive or otherwise objectionable, including but not limited to posts promoting other businesses or services, discussions not relevant to a specific course’s content, hostile or inflammatory remarks, and may remove such posts at its sole discretion and without notice
By using our digital services/products, you agree not to:
• Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or these Terms and Conditions.
• Use our digital services/products for any fraudulent or unlawful purpose.
• Impersonate any person or entity, or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity.
• Interfere with or disrupt the operation of our digital services/products or the servers or networks used to make our digital services/products available.
• Upload or transmit viruses, worms, or any other malicious code.
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. The most current version will be posted on this page with the date of the last update.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Udaipur, India.
