How we work together

✨  For one or three months, I accompany you on your healing journey;

✨  We start with a Live Call to evaluate what we can do together.  If I cannot meet your needs, I try to redirect you toward professionals I trust.  If we both feel we can, we start the process;

✨  Personal agreement – if we decide to work together, you make your contribution and we schedule a second call to decide how we will work together;

✨  Bring the whole of you – although our focus is on inner child healing, you are welcome to raise any other issue that may come alive during the process.  As long as they are not distracting or overwhelming the process, we will take your questions – nothing is irrelevant & everything is related to everything else;

✨  Personal Practice & Exercises – After each call, I send you reflective/focusing questions, exercises, guided inner journeys & self-awareness processes (recorded audios), & homework/assignments (worksheets);

✨  Feedback – You take the time you need to work with them & reply – share your insights, feelings, breakthroughs, realisations, questions & difficulties – or whatever is alive in you at that time.  You do that through WhatsApp, mail, or voice messages;

✨  Personal Mentoring – I respond to your feedback with new questions, exercises, and suggestions around strategy, & share with you useful resources;

✨  Live Calls – When we feel the need, we schedule a live call – usually 3 or 4 a month;

✨  Emergency access – you can request a call at very short notice whenever you’re feeling overwhelmed or want to share a breakthrough: it’s easier & faster to work with emotions when they are activated – iron easily gets moulded when it’s hot;

✨  On-Going Support – the communication line on WhatsApp is open – you message me anytime & I reply as soon as I am available – usually fast;

✨  Self-Paced – I follow your rhythm;

✨  Mountain Retreat – if you’re in India, I can host you for a retreat in the Aravali hills in Mount Abu.

MY ROLE is to guide your attention on specific aspects of your life, listen to your feedback, suggest exercises, and ways of dealing with situations that you can chose to adopt or not, and keep you on track.

YOUR ROLE is to tell me clearly and sincerely what’s going on inside you; do your homework with genuine commitment; and give your very best to the process;

The Healing/Growth process happens through the conversation as we walk together through the issues that are bothering you and you progressively reclaim your freedom, your well-being, your joy, your strength.
